Vintage large hanging witch AS IS used to light up with unable to get to, light up wiring looks fine, not sure why it's not working, little faded on the black which is about 34 in long about 16 in, witch does have foldable arms, just set up to be likely a light up, is it heavier prop due to heavy thicker plastic on the face Non smoking home We are a family run business with 3 little girls!
