Beautiful formal/semi formal dress, long sleeve, black with velvet bodice, full satin skirts with Tull underskirt, V-shaped lave inset in front, dipped waist, zip back, NWT Shiet Young for HW Collections “Made in USA” back Neck to hem is about 48” Pit to wrists is 16.5” At 5’6”, This would come to a bit longer then mid calf on me.
