Vintage/Y2K white/cream camisole tank top with a v-neck neckline and lace trim, size x-large. It also has a built-in shelf bra (5th pic) and adjustable straps. Most of the hem has come undone (2nd & 4th pics), but you could glue or sew it back together (or just undo what little stitching it has left & it would probably look fine). There is a stain near the bottom on front of the top (2nd pic) as well as some slight, unnoticeable pilling all over.
