This is a cute vintage sweater vest from Express. It is a soft light knit fabric with a v neck and ribbed hem. Perfect for layering over a button down blouse or just wearing as is! It is in good vintage condition. There are some dark spots but I believe they are part of the knit and not staining. measurements bust 15" length 21"
