Vintage-Inspired Satin Blue Fit & Flare 👗 💙

This collar coupled with covered buttons MAKE this dress. There is shine throughout which I thought may be fading but I’m not sure. See pics. The snap on the very bottom of the front skirt slit needs to be re-sewn & that same slit could be repaired a few inches so nothing underneath shows! No tags. Pleats on waist expand out into a full skirt. Bust: 38” Waist: 29” Hips: open Dress shown w/ petticoats and are not for sale *all dresses sold as-is. There could be more flaws I neglected to note.*
