Vintage Avon SAQ Silver Enamel Pendant Necklace

This cream colored enamel pendant has small rhinestones (or maybe diamond chips?), 3 on each of the 4 "arms" of this vaguely cross or clover shaped pendant. I believe that the chain might be silver, as it is not magnetic, only the clasp is magnetic. It has a SAQ logo tag and lobster clasp. The chain is 17" long.
