Vintage 60s Yellow Blouse With Rhinestone Buttons

Darling semi-sheer, short-sleeved yellow polyester blouse with rhinestone buttons, front pleats, tuxedo style placard, and pleated rounded collar. Darted at bust. No tags. Measurements: 20" pit to pit, 23" shoulder to hem. Good vintage condition. Buttons have some rust/discoloration. There are 4 spots with slight "runs", I suspect there were more pleats that someone removed.
