Vintage 50s 60s Striped Sack Dress Sailor Collar

Blue and white striped dress with 5 pearl buttons up the front, darted bust, short sleeves and sailor collar. No tags, feels like some sort of polyester with a slight ribbed texture to the fabric. Measurements laid flat: 18" pit to pit (and pretty much all the way down), 40" collar to hem. Good vintage condition with a few minor stains as shown in pics on back and sleeves.
