New with tags red vintage 80's dress by Breli Originals. Made in U.S.A. Button up length of dress and matching belt. Short cuffed sleeves. Shoulder detail and light padding. Metallic tone buttons. Two chest button faux pockets. Dress has two hip pockets. 50% Rayon. 50% Polyester. Tag size 18. Chest measures 23" flat. Elastic waist measures 16" flat across and stretches to 18". Hips measures 24" flat. Length is 28" from waist to skirt. Perfect new never worn condtion. May fit a 16 or 14 best.
