Vintage y2k sheer tie belt scarf top -Vintage 2000s -Baby blue shell with darker blue interior lining. Made of sheer chiffon for an ethereal, flowy effect. Teal wraparound belt that can be worn many different ways but was styled here with a side bow. -Adjustable straps. -V neck triangle top. -Handkerchief hem. -Size M, modeled on a size S mannequin to show shape (fit a bit loosely). -Pit to pit measures appx 18". -Excellent condition, no flaws.
