Vintage y2k Flutter Sleeve Top

Super cute vintage y2k top from the late 90s/early 2000s. Excellent condition, no flaws. Brand is Lapis. Made in the US! Asian/pagoda print with rhinestone embellishments. Body of top is lined and has a lettuce hem. Slit hems at the wrists to create slight flutter sleeve detail. Size L. Fabric has some stretch. Measurements below.
