Vintage wrap dress by Mollie Parnis Livingston. Decade guess is the 1970s. Purple, sleeveless halter dress with frill detailing and tie belt - perfect for a night out. This dress is in fair condition with some flaws. There are a few small holes on the back of the skirt near the bottom hem. There is one small hole on the lower, front part of the skirt.
