Vintage wrap around skirt

White textured polyester wrap around skirt. Hand made and in like new condition. There are no tags, I am marking it as Medium but would fit a small also. PLEASE SEE PHOTOS FOR MEASUREMENTS. This has been in dry storage for years,it free of stains and odors. EUC no holes or snags. Non smoking clean dog loving home. Bin B
