Vintage wool pleated skirt 60s 70s or 80s?

This is a lovely, well-crafted pleated plaid skirt. Pretty sure it's handmade and I think could date anywhere from the 1960s to the 1980s. It is lined and has a side zip. I soaked and cleaned it so no stains, holes, or smells. Reminds me of a 1950's cheerleader skirt! + Measurements + Overall length - 25.25" Across waist - 16" I normally wear a 4 and I'd say it's a bit big on me.
