Vintage wool high-waisted pencil skirt

Lovely plaid high-waisted pencil skirt. No tag- seems to be handmade. I wore it for several years and loved it. Sadly, it doesn’t fit any more. Fully lined with contrast lining. Medium grey background with black and blue plaid. Flat waist 14.5” Hips 18.5” at widest Length 24.25”
