90s collared plaid shirt jacket / overshirt by Evan Picone with snap buttons. Fabric is 40% wool 60% polyester. Lightweight and unlined, not heavy. VGUC. Buttons make a slight jingly noise when unbuttoned but they are not loose or defective at all. Size 10, could fit a range of sizes depending on desired fit. Shown on a size small.
