Vintage wood handle knife - kitchen boning knife

5.5” blade 10” overall Unknown manufacturer because it’s old enough that the markings on the blade are worn. Perhaps antique? It has a good used blade, which has not been sharpened recently and has age commensurate wear including rust and tarnishing. The wood handle / tang is in good shape with 3 solid rivets, indicating it’s quality, as many of these old knives only have 2 rivets.
