Vintage with tags velvet midi dress with beaded tassel

Vintage size 12, still has the tags. My guess is 1980’s, but the fringe gives 1920’s style! Gorgeous black velvet with a mini beaded fringe. Midi pencil skirt fit. There are about 14 little tassels missing across the skirt
