Vintage wicker bag with owl print

Vintage wicker bag with wooden handles with cute owl pictures. Owl is made of wicker as well. Measurements of bag are 13 inches H x 15 inches W x 2.5 inches wide( can be wider dependant on how filled bag is). Bag handles 8 inch top to bottom. Can we worn on crook of arm, or on shoulder.
