Vintage white sear sucker dress

Brand: No brand looks handmade. Dress is slightly see through, might need a slip under.  Era: 60s Condition: Good vintage condition, tiny small size mark noted in photos.  MEASUREMENTS(all taken lying flat, have not been doubled)  armpit to armpit: 20" across  waist: 23 " across  hips: 25" across, super flowy fit  length: 38" long  Can be reversed as shown on the form to have the keyhole opening in the front or back. Lace collar, stain is on the back collar if worn like the model in the first photo
