Vintage white button up shirt with velvet, lace, and tapestry design

Vintage white long sleeve button up blouse. Embellished on the front with strips of velvet, lace, embroidered roses, and tapestry pieces. Gold tone buttons- I think a few may have been replaced as there is two different designs. Long sleeves with white button cuffs. Shoulder pads that could easily be removed. A little thinner and lighter in weight, would need something underneath. One tiny flaw on the back where it looks like there was an extra fabric buildup when it was made.
