Vintage white and silver striped long sleeve maxi dress puff sleeve shimmery

Absolutely gorgeous vintage dress. One of a kind. Shimmery striped fabric. Most of the dress is a white, slightly off white color and the wrists and bottom hem are silver. High neckline. Long maxi dress style. Long sleeves that balloon and puff out a bit. Elastic belted waistline. Don Wolf Couture. Seems that this could have been handmade given the snaps on the sleeve and the keyhole clasp at the back. Unlined. You will need to wear nothing underneath, or a slip/shapewear underneath because the fabric can be somewhat sheer in various lighting. Small off color blemish on the front, see last picture.
