Vintage western Boot Charm/Pendant

I’ve seen these go for much higher prices. A pair for 75$. Mid 20’s is usually the low. Will stand firm at 10. 1940’s Celluloid is what one post calls these. I don’t know what the hair-like lines are. It’s not something that can wiped or cleaned off.
