Vintage wedding gown

Vintage white wedding gown. In really good vintage condition, just needs new elastic around shoulders (pic 3). This is an extravagant dress that can be reworked beautifully with a little effort. Maybe nix the sleeves or add a heart shaped bodice... Tons of ruffles and hand beading. May be bead out of place or a teeny spot but nothing major at all. waist measure 25, hips are open and bust seems to be 33 inches.
