Vintage vtg 90's J. Crew fleece lined plaid jacket corduroy collar button down M

Size medium men's button down military / field jacket from J. Crew. Has warm plaid fleece inner lining (with inner chest pocket) and two pockets on each side of the outside part. adjustable button sleeves. Green corduroy collar. Many cute details. Right hand sleeve has some white paint on it (please see pics). I started to scrape it away and I believe it will come off completely if you have the time to do it. That is the only major flaw I can see. Otherwise in great condition.
