Black velvet with eggshell lace collar; STUNNING leg o mutton sleeves (elbow length) with large shoulder pads; dipping Basque waist; princess seams for a shapely look; gathered midi skirt; back zip. Nothing more fascinating than a woman in velvet by candlelight! Perfect for any special occasion; just pair with pearls and ballet flats! 48" long; approx 18" across bust; approx 14" across waist.
