Vintage velvet heavily beaded Saudi kaftan

This dress "robe" is over 30 years old. Purchased in Saudi in the 80s. It's quite heavy &very beautiful. It has shoulder pads, long sleeves. On the right-hand side some of the beads have come off, the back of the velvet it has a few spots matting. Laying flat measures 22 inches across the chest. &34 inches across the bottom laying flat. It measures 55 inches laying flat from shoulder to hem.&the sleeves are about 25 inches long from shoulder pad to wrist
