Vintage velvet and sequin metallic gold leopard statement sleeves

If this dress is worn by you I can guarantee you all eyeswill be on you. The Velvet is old school rich. the dress begins with a sculpted open collar. The waste is fitted and then tulips in pleats over the hips to a column skirt. And don't get me started on those sleeves gold tiger eye sequins on a mutton-chop huge sleeves. Just wow. And the back has a cut out as if the dress isn't enough wonderment already. In excellent condition.
