Vintage velvet and satin cocktail dress size 10

Vintage 80’s velvet and satin cocktail dress. It is hi-lo style. Stand up mandarin collar. Satin rosettes with cut outs in the back. It was made to be form fitting. It has shoulder pads as well. There is fading of the velvet on the neck and bodice. Please see photos. Pit to pit is 18 inches. From neck to hem of the highest part is 33 inches. Overall very beautiful piece.
