This is one eye catching piece! Its vintage & handcrafted but I can't begin to guess when. It's covered in blue, orange, clear & gold rhinestones & tiny light blue beads. It's a 1 in a million piece for sure because I'm sure there's not another like it. Adjustable. Excellent - new condition
