psichi what are the measurements and how old is the dress?

crystalrain @psichi it's 50 inches long, the hips are open (drapes very nice)- I would say up to 40". It's "high waisted (almost empire waist) @ about an 16". It has straps that tie, so that's adjustable. Bust is about 38. It would fit up to a size 6, maybe 8 (it's vintage size 12). Mid 1970's era.
