Vintage turquoise/sterling silver ring

Purchased in 1982, sterling silver, and clearly stamped. Genuine turquoise, and diamond hand cut design filigree.. has some tarnish, and will do my best to clean before shipment.. The band appears to have a slight bend in it, or perhaps just my eyes.. open to reasonable offers.
