Vintage turquoise shift dress

Flat measurements 18.5" shoulders 19" bust 16.5" waist 23" bottom hem (width) 37" neck to hem (length) I don't know when or where this dress was made, or the fabric. Purchased at Miss Daisy Blue in London... Just a gorgeous vintage shift dress which subtly stands out today - I wore to a bridal shower and the luminous turquoise color and detail at neck and hem, not to mention tailoring, drew so many compliments. No longer fits me... :(
