Vintage tunic top detailed thread work India

Awesome vintage tunic top from dads closet .. guessing it's from the 70s and probably came from India or styled after there tunics.. has a feminine feel and cut.. I'd say it's a med/large the thread work gives great detail the hem has side slits.. the buttons are a type of plastic..the color is a rusty hue.. it is not an even dye.. I'm also guessing the fabric is a linen cotton variety by its feel and texture
