Vintage tulip tissue holder

Vintage tissue holder. It looks, feels, and is heavy like brass. See photo of weight. Weighs more than 2 pounds. Has tulip/floral design on top. Top is removed to add box of tissues and then placed back on top. Has small feet on bottom. See photos for measurements.
