Vintage teak pipe cleaner or pen holder

Vintage 1960’s pipe cleaner or pen holder owned by my dad. Made by Cornwall wood products of South Paris Maine. Painted eyes and eyebrows. This cute little guy stands about 7 inches tall and is missing one cap on his pipe cleaner arms. See photos for condition, some age related wear and staining. A great conversation piece!
