Vintage tall cat with flowers

Vintage Cat Figurine Long Neck Flowers 9.5” tall has pretty blue and green MCM starburst pattern. This piece was made in the 1990’s Very nice 3D flowers. The only discrepancy is that the bottom pink flower has 2 peddles chipped off but in my opinion it does not take away from the esthetic of the figure.
