Vintage sweater dress

Vintage, late 80’s early 90’s long sleeve sweater dress with cowl neck and shoulder pads. Colors are black, red and blue. Unfortunately the tag is faded and cut out, see measurements below for size, appears to be a modern day Medium. The material feels like a polyester spandex blend, with some stretch.
