Vintage style navy pleated polka dot dress

Like new. Dress is from Anthropologie, but I removed the tag because it showed through the shear fabric. This is a darling vintage inspired dress. The top has a loose blouse fit, and the dress gathers in at the waist (fitted with elastic). The skirt drapes down nicely with pleats. The top is sheer and the skirt is lined. Hits just above the knee. Fabric is polyester, navy with white polka dots. Adorable with a belt and a pair of clogs! I removed the original tag because the top is sheer. It fits an xs-m depending on desired fit. Pit to pit is 19”. Waist is 12” and stretches to 19”. For fans of J.
