rmccouture We usually search using the brand "Vintage", so if there are vintage items in your closet that are not well-known designer names, you may want to put the brand name in the title (ex: VTG Beavout Tie) & make the brand "Vintage" so that your vintage items can be easily found and shared. rmccouture That's exactly what I meant. When I went to search your closet for "Vintage", the only listing that showed up was this one. Now, I am unfamiliar with Foxmoor, which doesn't mean that it isn't an exclusive, high-end brand, (there are plenty of famous vintage brands that I am clueless about!) (cont)

rmccouture But let's say Foxmoor is relatively unknown; if you change the brand from Foxmoor to "Vintage", everyone who searches for "Vintage" (which is how most vintage buyers find vintage items) will find your item. If you put "Vintage Foxmoor" in your title, those people who are searching specifically for Foxmoor will still find your listing. (cont)

rmccouture People who shop for vintage search using the brand "Vintage", so changing your brand for lesser known brands is a good idea, even outside of the share group. Changing your brand to "Vintage" will help the members of Rockin_Retro find your vintage listings and share them. Does that make sense?
