Vintage style Lace Fit and Flare Dress

Black lace fit and flare dress with thin cotton and tulle petticoat/under skirt. Has button at the back of the neck and center back zipper. Not sure what brand this is but the tag is pictured, it came from a website called plasticland.com which is no longer available. In very good condition, only worn a couple times.
