Think “I Love Lucy”…style dress. Navy blue with white polka-dots. Tapered waist, and full skirt, zips up the back. Size small (4-6). Navy bodice inlay. Would be a great costume party dress, also awesome for who likes the “vintage look”. Very dapper. Never worn, tag attached.
