Vintage striped ladies coat - silk lining

Lining is coming apart from inside of garment near neck (pictured) but otherwise item is in pristine condition! Unsure of era or outer material but feels like wool. Sleeves are a bit short, similar in style to other older swing coats. About 14.5” shoulder to shoulder and about 43.5” long
