Vintage strapless party dress

That is a picture of me in 1988! No idea why this is still in my closet, but it has not been worn or cleaned since. It says size 8, but I am now a size 6 and I was smaller then. My guess is that it would fit more of a 4 or 6. Also, it was altered to make slightly smaller so there is room to let it out a bit. The lining is somewhat stained. I cannot find any staining or discoloration on the exterior. I have not tried to clean. The back zipper is missing the pull but works with a safety pin.
