This one should fit the Apple adapters because the tips are only an inch wide. That is the exact size for Apple Watches 1,2,3, 4, 5. I’m not sure about the newer ones but these tips are an inch wide where it joins the watch face.
I buy them online in the Big Jungle but they sell them in bulk
