Vintage sterling silver tennis necklace with orange citrine and green stones

This necklace is very beautiful and my photos don't do it justice. The second one is the closest to the actual colors. the orange yellow stones are citrine, I'm not sure what the green ones are. They're the color of chrome diopside and they go all around the necklace. On some of my photos it looks like marcasite but it's not. They're green. This necklace is stamped 925 on the clasp but I've also tested it. It is solid sterling silver. 16" long plus about 2" drop. Weighs 29.6 grams. This is an older piece in good vintage condition.
