Vintage sputnik signed sphere gemstones coral turquoise silver chain bracelet

This was from an estate, I didn't get much info about it, if you know please do let me know, this is called a sputnik ball sphere with raised settings with all colors of gemstones and glass stones, this does have a few hallmark stamps on the bail of this charm, I think I see an eagle head and that's all I can make out. The silver tone chain bracelet is old as well, it has the older style of spring ring clasp. They suggested it was from as early as the 30's to 50's. again, I have no history on this , all I know is what I was told. It certainly looks very old!
