Vintage spring and summer dress

This dress is so beautiful but has some stains, please see photos. Says size 13 but fits like a small to medium. Waist stretches and the shoulders can be worn up or down. Paper thin cotton, floral detail with pearls. I think it’s from the 70’s or early 80’s.
