Split drawers were popular for women to wear in the late 19th, early 20th centuries. While serving as an undergarment, it was easier to “use the facilities” with such a design. In 2025, these “pantalettes” (as they were sometimes called) would be a great layer under a skirt or dress (and you can show off the lace detail on the bottom!) Light weight cotton. A bit of fading /stain on one leg area. Very cool. Very old, but in great shape! 2 small rips on each leg that can easily be repaired.
