Vintage souvenir “Arc de Triomphe” plate

Vintage Moldova souvenir/collectible state plate. Black and white porcelain plate has the graphic of the “Arc de Triumph” in 1840 and the rim of the plate and letters are in gold. Can be hanged or on a stand which is NOT included. This is no longer available anywhere else. Will consider reasonable offers.
